1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FoodTopia, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The Service
FoodTopia connects residents of partner buildings with local chefs who prepare fresh, daily meals for lobby pickup. We coordinate chef scheduling, meal preparation, and delivery to your building.
3. Orders & Pickup
Orders must be placed by the daily cutoff time shown in the app. Meals are prepared fresh that day and delivered to your building's designated pickup area. You are responsible for picking up your order during the selected window.
4. Payments
Prices are shown at the time of ordering and may change. Payment is processed when your order is confirmed. All sales are final once a chef has begun preparing your meal.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel an order before the daily cutoff for a full refund. After the cutoff, orders cannot be cancelled because ingredients have already been sourced and prepared.
6. Food Allergies
Meals may contain or come into contact with common allergens. While chefs take care to label dishes, FoodTopia cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please review menu details before ordering.
7. Limitation of Liability
FoodTopia is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FoodTopia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of FoodTopia after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
